Gloria is a U.S. Army Finance Corps veteran, trader, and the founder of ESRD Global Strategics. She's accustomed to leading teams responsible for high-stakes financial operations — resolving complex cases, building training systems, and delivering measurable results under pressure.

After the military, Gloria spent over 15 years as a subject matter expert supporting federal government operations — designing quality assurance protocols, developing standard operating procedures, and leading process improvement initiatives across large-scale programs. That experience in precision, compliance, and structured methodology shaped the way she approaches the financial markets.
