By accessing or using the ESRD Global Strategics website, membership portal, course materials, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ESRD Global Strategics LLC ("ESRD," "we," "us," or "our"), a Virginia limited liability company.
To access the course and interactive tools, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Services. Each account is for individual use only and may not be shared with or transferred to any other person.
Upon enrollment, you receive immediate access to all 10 modules of the ESRD Methodology course, including interactive tools, quizzes, and action steps. Access is granted for a period of 12 weeks from the date of enrollment ("Access Period"). All modules are available from the date of enrollment; we recommend completing them in sequential order as the concepts build on one another.

All payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
If you select the payment plan option, you authorize recurring charges on the schedule outlined at checkout. Failure to complete all installments may result in suspension of access until payment is received.
After your initial 12-week Access Period, you may continue accessing the course materials and tools for a monthly fee of $125. Continuation access is billed monthly and may be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Because all 10 modules and course materials are made available immediately upon enrollment, all purchases are final and nonrefundable. No refunds will be issued for the initial enrollment fee or any installment payments under a payment plan.
Continuation access fees ($125/month) are also nonrefundable for any partially used billing period. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to course materials, written content, videos, graphics, interactive tools, quizzes, and the ESRD Methodology itself, is the exclusive property of ESRD Global Strategics LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes during your active Access Period. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent from ESRD.

The ESRD Methodology and all course materials are provided for educational purposes only. Nothing in the Services constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of professional advice. Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all individuals.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. ESRD Global Strategics does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from using the methodology or completing the course.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@esrdglobal.com. Account closure does not entitle you to a refund, consistent with the no-refund policy in Section 6.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESRD Global Strategics LLC, its officers, members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to ESRD in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the arbitration taking place in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active members of material changes via email.
